• During busy periods (album releases, holidays, live show, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

• Orders are shipped from France via standard postal services or courier.

• • France: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

• When available, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.
