Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase on Obsimo’s official shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be returned.

  • Digital products (downloads) are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days at obsimomusic@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
