Thank you for your purchase on Obsimo’s official shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be returned.

Digital products (downloads) are non-returnable.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days at obsimomusic@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
